Our Kitchen Respray Process
We have refined our kitchen respray process to deliver a flawless, factory-quality finish while keeping disruption in your home to a minimum. Most kitchen resprays are completed within 5 working days.
01
Stage 1 – Door & Drawer Front Removal
On the first day, we carefully remove all kitchen doors, drawer fronts, shelves (where applicable), and any removable panels. These are transported to our dedicated spray workshop, where they are professionally prepared and spray painted in a clean, controlled environment to achieve the highest possible finish.
02
Stage 2 – Workshop Preparation & Spraying
At our workshop, every door and drawer front is thoroughly cleaned, sanded, repaired where necessary, primed, and spray painted using our professional water-based coating system. Multiple coats are applied, with the correct drying times between each stage, to produce a smooth, durable factory-quality finish.
03
Stage 3 – On-Site Preparation
Once the removable items have been completed, we return to your home to prepare the fixed elements of your kitchen, including cabinet frames, end panels, plinths, cornices and other non-removable sections. Every surrounding surface is fully protected using professional masking systems to ensure a completely clean and safe working environment.
04
Stage 4 – On-Site Spraying
The fixed elements of your kitchen are then prepared using the same meticulous process as the doors and drawer fronts. They are cleaned, sanded, primed where required, and professionally spray painted to ensure a seamless finish that perfectly matches the workshop-sprayed components.
05
Stage 5 – Reassembly & Final Inspection
Once everything has fully cured, we carefully reinstall all doors, drawer fronts and hardware, make any necessary adjustments, and carry out a thorough quality inspection. We finish with a full clean-down, leaving you with a beautifully transformed kitchen that's ready to enjoy.
Most kitchen resprays are completed within just 5 working days, giving you the appearance of a brand-new kitchen without the cost, disruption or waste of replacing it.
